Mass production of apple trays need very high output and the least energy possible. The SPM 6000 Series has an output of 6000 trays 500 mm x 300 mm per hour. The 4 modules AIRDYNE Drier guarantee the minimum gas consumption as low as 2,2 kW per kg of finished product. The opened platen design of the SPM 6000 Series allows a quick change of tooling and a mix of type of trays such as the 600 mm x 400 mm is possible.
Thermoformed packaging are suitable for individual presentation at the point of sales.
