Complete egg trays pulp molding plant with the rotary molder SPM Series 6000 with 4 forming platens and a wet press station. Electronically controlled mechanical drives of forming, wet-press and transfer platens. Capable of 6000 egg trays per hour or 400 kg of waste paper. Maximum product depth is 90 mm as standard or 150mm for industrial packaging.
The plant is supplied with a 3 modules MERRILL AIRDYNE designs drier, automatic stacking and counting and the SPM exhaust heat recovery system.
Optionally the plant can be supplied with pulp cleaning and end line equipment such as SSK 75 SPM hot presses.
